The Tesla Model S is an electric-powered sedan meant for people who want to be rich and have the most up-to-date technology.

Front-end styling and the car’s standard onboard charger get a little boost, going from 40 to 48 amps, making it possible to charge faster under certain conditions.

New for 2016: Tesla Motors made the first changes to the look of the Model S. In the front; the Model S has a new face and headlights that bring it in line with the Model X SUV’s face. The grille is replaced with a slimmer opening and a clean-up front bumper.

Other changes to the new version (Tesla doesn’t use model years as other car companies do) include some new tech features. The standard onboard charger for the Model S gets a little boost, going from 40 to 48 amps. This allows the car to charge faster in certain situations.

It used to be only available on the Model X, but now it’s also an option on the Model S. Tesla says it’s 99.97 per cent good at getting rid of airborne contaminants. Figured Ash Wood and Dark Ash Wood, two new options for interior decor, are also now available.

The new model has just started being made at Tesla’s plant in Fremont, California. According to Tesla’s website, the new model should be delivered by mid-May.
